I don't really have a solution... If the video gets deleted immediately while the still thumbnails are being generated, there's pretty much nothing you can do. If it gets deleted when the animated thumbnails are being generated (anywhere from a few hours to several days later), you can try flipping the video, blurring some watermarks, or lowering the bitrate. Even then, though, there's a chance it still won't be accepted.
